On Monday, June 14, Apple released new wireless headphones under the Beats brand. They were named Beats Studio Buds.
The Beats Studio Buds are the brand’s second fully wireless headphones. They have a more compact design than the previously released Powerbeats Pro due to the absence of ear hooks and legs. They have replaceable ear pads like the AirPods Pro and come with a charging case. The new Beats headphones feature 8.2mm drivers, IPX4 water and sweat resistance, and Active Noise Cancellation. The battery life of the headphones is 5 hours with noise canceling on and 8 hours without it. Charging is done via the USB Type-C port.
Beats Studio Buds are compatible not only with iPhones but also with Android smartphones. They support Siri on iOS and Fast Pair and Google Find My Device on Android.
Preordering started today in the US and Canada, and sales are scheduled to start on June 24th. The issue price is $ 149.99. The headphones are available in three colors: red, black, and white.
