Step 2: Then click Search and fix other problems, click Bluetooth. Select Run the Troubleshoot option.

Step 3: The Bluetooth troubleshooting process will begin. Follow the instructions on the screen and wait until the process fixes the problem automatically.

Method 2- Enable Bluetooth support service

One of the reasons why Bluetooth is not working after Windows 10 Creators Update is that the Bluetooth support service is not running in the background. And make sure you enable the service, because disabled service also causes Bluetooth errors.

Step 1: Open Run command windows by pressing Windows icon key + R together. Type services.msc in the box and press Enter.

Step 3 – In the Support Service window, click the General tab. Then hit the Startup option and set the Startup Type to Automatic.

Method 3- Update the Bluetooth driver

If the above method doesn’t work, try updating the Bluetooth driver. Updating your device driver is one of the easiest and safest methods to try in case your hardware or software suddenly stops working. You can update the drivers from Device Manager or install the latest version through the official website. Or if you’re not sure of the correct driver version, you can get help from tools like Driver Easy. And to update the Bluetooth drivers, follow the steps given below.

Step 1 – Download Driver Easy from the given link and install it. https://www.driveeasy.com/DriverEasy_Setup.exe

Step 2: Now run the installed program by clicking Scan Now option. The program will scan your entire system and detect all your driver issues.

Step 3 – If you see the Update option on the Bluetooth device, click on it. Or you can even click the Update All option and update all pending device driver updates.

The correct Bluetooth device drivers will be installed on your system automatically. If updating drivers also does not help you to fix Bluetooth not available after Windows 10 update, you can try this last method.

Method 4- Reinstall the Bluetooth device driver

Although reinstalling the device driver is highly unlikely to help you when the update didn’t work. But you can try.

Step 1: First uninstall the Bluetooth device driver. Click Control Panel, and then Programs and Features, select your Bluetooth device.

Step 2 – Right click on your device and select Uninstall.

Step 3: Now to reinstall device drivers, open Device Manager by clicking Windows icon key + X together.

Step 4 – Here expand the Bluetooth option and uninstall your Bluetooth device by right clicking on it.

Step 5 – Reboot your PC. Windows will help you to reinstall Bluetooth device driver after successful reboot of your system.
