Sooner or later, Apple will hide Face ID and the camera under the iPhone display. According to the Korean edition of The Elec, this will happen already in the iPhone 16 Pro.
The strategy is simple: this year, four new iPhones with Dynamic Island will be shown in September. Monobrow will end there.
Next year, Face ID will be hidden under the “firmware” and “ultra” screens (this version will replace Pro Max this year). In 2025, this update will roll out to all smartphones.
In this case, the front camera will still be visible. Technologies have not yet jumped forward to take pictures of at least some acceptable quality on sub-screen sensors and not terrible soap.
By the way, back in March 2022, such information was shared by Ross Young, whose name is also valued among insiders.
