MacBook Air with 15.5-inch display may be introduced in the spring of 2023 – Techsuppo

Posted on December 16, 2022

According to analyst Ross Young, Apple will introduce a new 15.5-inch MacBook Air in the spring of 2023. Mark Gurman from Bloomberg shared similar information in September:

Young previously reported that the laptop would receive a 15.2-inch display, but according to new data, the diagonal will be slightly larger. The displays will go into mass production in the first quarter of next year.

The MacBook Air 15 will likely receive the same design as the 13-inch version introduced this summer. This is logical. The trackpad will become more extensive, and the speakers louder. The system-on-a-chip will be the Apple M2 and possibly the M2 Pro.

The presentation of the updated MacBook Pro 14 and 16 with M2 Pro and M2 Max chips is also expected in the spring.
