From your Windows start menu, click Run or Search and type ‘cmd’. The CMD page should run instantly. In the body of the CMD page, type ping 192.168.1.1 -t. This ping 192.168.1.1 -t command is called continuous ping, which will describe the problem you are facing.

- Click on the start button.
- In the Run box, type ‘CMD’.
- In the body of the CMD, type ‘ping 192.168.1.1 -t (space before -t)

- Clt + C (press together to cancel the window)
