The Association of Bloggers and Agencies turned to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) with a question about the correct labeling of ads on Telegram and YouTube.
It turns out that the owners of Telegram channels may not indicate customers in advertising posts, but the advertisement itself “must comply with the principles of good faith and reliability.”
As for advertising on YouTube, here, information about the advertiser or a link to his website must be indicated directly in the video.
The law on unified accounting of all online advertising in Russia has been in force since September 1. Roskomnadzor is responsible for maintaining a suitable online advertising accounting system.
