With Windows 10 version 1803, Microsoft introduced the Windows Timeline feature that keeps track of every file you open and every web page you have visited. You can also access previous tasks up to 30 days later, including those on other PCs that have received the Timeline feature. Others report that Windows timeline only shows current tasks and cannot keep track of your previous activities .

First, open Settings> Privacy> Activity history and Make sure that ” Allow Windows to collect my activities from this PC » Y ” Allow Windows to sync my activities from this PC to the cloud »Is checked.
Note: If you are facing sync problem just click Delete button for get refreshed. And fix most of the issues related to Windows timeline features.
Also in Show account activities , make sure your Microsoft Account is selected and the toggle is in the On position. Now restart Windows and click on the timeline icon on your Taskbar, then click on Enable option under see more day
And now it should be working fine. If you still don’t see the timeline icon, right-click on the taskbar and make sure that the Show Task View button is selected .

If no key found, right click System -> New -> DWORD Value (32 bit) and assign him the Name EnableActivityFeed. Similarly, create two more keys and assign them the Name PublishUserActivities, UploadUserActivities Double click on the newly created key and set its value to 1.
All of that now restart Windows and check that the Windows timeline is working properly and started collecting your previous tasks.
