Windows 10 October 2018 Update Receive the first cumulative update KB4464330

Today is the second Tuesday of this month and as part of this month (October 2018), Microsoft Windows 10 October 2018 Patch Update receives its first cumulative update KB4464330 (OS Build 17763.55) with security enhancements and a minor bug fix to the bug group policy.

According to Microsoft blgo that installs cumulative update KB4464330, Bumps OS for Windows 10 Build 17763.55. That includes security enhancements that Microsoft has included in the Patch Tuesday release. The Windows kernel, the Windows peripherals component, and the Microsoft graphics component are receiving improvements. And cumulative update KB4464330 “fixes an issue affecting group policy expiration in which incorrect timing may prematurely delete profiles on devices subject to” Delete user profiles older than a specified number of days “”.

What’s new in Windows 10 Build 17763.55 (October 2018 Update)

Microsoft has announced KB4464330 on the Windows Support site, and it is known as “October 9, 2018 – KB4464330 (OS Build 17763.55)”. If you are already running Windows 10 version 1809 on your PC, this update includes quality improvements. No new operating system features are introduced in this update.

Download Windows 10 Build 17763.55

All compatible devices connected to the Microsoft server will automatically receive the Cumulative Update 2018-10 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4464330) a via Windows Update. Also, you can force the update from Setting > Update and security > Windows update and click the button Search for updates .

If you own multiple PCs, you can download the package once and deploy it to your devices. To manually install a patch on your system, simply open the Microsoft Update Catalog and search for “KB4458469” or use the links below to download the msu files.
